Features:
1. Fully automatic operation. Starting from the conveying of the biscuit to foot grinding, the whole process is conducted automatically. It saves both the manual labor also reduces the strength of manual work.
2. Higher efficiency. This glazing line is a two-routes line, which provide a double working routes at the same time.
3. Lower fuel consumption.
The heating of this line utilizes the exhausted heat from the kiln. This heat resource is used to the preheat before glaze spraying and the last heating after glaze spraying. It utilized fully to the exhausted heat and results in energy saving.
4. Energy saving. This line uses the exhausted air from the first heating process as the resource of second heating and utilizes fully the energy.
5. Glaze saving. high pressure cleaning device is used to clean the frame, which is convenient to operate and reduce the waste of glaze.
