Mechanical Agitation Flotation Machine

Introduction
Mechanical agitation flotation machine is one unite made of two flotation cells, the first cell (with slurry inlet pipe) is suction tank , the second cell is direct flow tank, there is intermediate chamber between these two tanks. Impeller is mounted on the bottom of the main shaft, pulleys at upper end of main shaft, and motor drives revolution. Air is absorbed by intake-tube. The slurry horizonal of each flotation cell is adjustable by the sluice gate.
Mechanical agitation flotation machine has a strong agitation force, high efficiency and low consumption, it can be used in iron and other ferrous metal minerals, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold, antimony, other non-ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals rough selection, fine selection, sweep selection and anti-flotation operations.
